Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of management experience in the broader retail/hospitality/fitness industry.
• 2-4 years of progressive management supervising 3-10+ employees with measurable development outcomes.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire; training provided at no cost.
• Personal Training certification within 90 days; degree in Exercise Science/Kinesiology may satisfy instead.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to drive membership sales, fitness revenue, and other streams, exceeding targets.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team with a one-team mindset.
• Provide ongoing coaching and leadership, setting clear objectives and delegating responsibilities.
• Foster a welcoming, community-focused club environment to engage and retain members.
• Oversee daily club operations, including facility upkeep and cleanliness.
• Manage budgets, control expenses, and maximize profitability per company policies.
• Implement safety protocols to ensure member and staff well-being.
• Engage with the local community and represent the gym at events to attract new members.
• Develop and execute member retention initiatives and incentive programs.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations; align with peak hours.
