24 Hour Fitness in Lewisville, TX is seeking a General Manager to drive membership sales, revenue, and operational excellence. Lead a high-performing team to deliver an exceptional member experience while achieving ambitious sales goals.

You will focus on growing fitness revenue, expanding club performance, and building a culture of accountability, teamwork, and guest satisfaction. This role requires strategic leadership, strong communication, and hands-on guidance to meet targets.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of management experience in retail/hospitality/fitness with proven success.
• 2-4 years supervising 3-10+ employees with measurable development/outcomes.
• Inspire and lead teams to deliver member and team initiatives with a service culture.
• Create an outstanding member and team experience through people development and collaboration.
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire; Personal Training cert within 90 days or degree in a related field may satisfy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to drive membership sales, fitness, retail, and other revenue streams, exceeding targets.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team with a one-team mindset.
• Provide ongoing support, coaching, and leadership with clear objectives and accountability.
• Foster a welcoming, community-focused club environment to engage and retain members.
• Oversee day-to-day club operations, including facility maintenance, equipment upkeep, and cleanliness.
• Manage budgets, control expenses, and maximize profitability in line with policies.
