Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a General Manager in the United States (Lynnwood area) to drive membership growth, revenue, and operational excellence. You will lead a high-performing team, deliver exceptional member experiences, and achieve ambitious sales goals within a 9:00 AM–7:00 PM or 10:00 AM–8:00 PM schedule relevant to peak hours.

Responsibilities include recruiting and coaching staff, managing budgets, maintaining club operations, ensuring safety, and building community

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of management experience in retail/hospitality/fitness with a track record of success.
• 2–4 years of progressive management supervising 3–10+ employees with measurable development outcomes.
• Ability to inspire teams and implement member initiatives with a service focus.
• Create an outstanding member and team member experience with a high-performance culture.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire; company-supported program.
• PT certification from NASM/ISSA or related degree may satisfy certification requirement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to drive membership sales, fitness, retail and revenue streams, exceeding targets.
• Recruit, train and develop a high-performing team with a one-team mindset.
• Provide ongoing coaching and leadership with clear objectives and accountability.
• Maintain a welcoming, community-focused club environment to engage members.
• Oversee daily club operations, facilities, equipment, and cleanliness standards.
• Manage budgets, control expenses, and maximize profitability within policy.
• Ensure safety protocols and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Build relationships within the local community and represent the gym at events.
• Develop and execute member retention programs and incentives.
