24 Hour Fitness in Pearland, TX is seeking a General Manager to lead the club, drive membership growth, revenue, and operational excellence. You will lead a high-performing team to deliver an exceptional member experience while achieving ambitious sales goals.

You will develop strategies to boost membership, fitness revenue, and other streams; recruit and coach staff; manage budgets; uphold safety and cleanliness; foster a welcoming community; represent the gym at local events.

Formación

• 3-5+ years of management experience in retail/hospitality/fitness with a proven track record.
• 2-4 years of progressive management supervising 3-10+ employees with measurable development outcomes.
• Ability to inspire and lead teams with a strong service focus and robust culture.
• Ability to create an outstanding member and team experience with high performance through development and collaboration.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days; certification programs provided at no cost.
• Personal Training certification required within 90 days; degree may substitute in some cases.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement strategies to drive membership sales, fitness revenue, and other streams, exceeding targets.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team with shared goals.
• Provide ongoing coaching and leadership, setting clear objectives and delegating responsibilities.
• Drive member engagement through a welcoming, community-focused environment.
• Oversee club operations, including facility maintenance, equipment upkeep, and cleanliness.
• Manage budgets, control expenses, and maximize profitability.
• Ensure safety protocols and health regulations are followed.
• Build relationships with the local community and represent the gym at events.
• Develop and execute member retention programs and incentive initiatives.
