Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking a Host to be the first and last point of contact for members and guests, warmly greeting and seating them to start and end their club experience. You will uphold Invited service standards and keep the host area organized and welcoming.

Your day-to-day includes assisting service staff, handling member requests with discretion, operating a multi-line telephone system, and supporting a courteous, safe environment in line with club policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in service or hospitality is an advantage.
• Experience operating a multi-line telephone system.
• Ability to handle confidential member information.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat members/guests with a warm, professional manner.
• Maintain host area organization and assist with member services duties.
• Operate a multi-line telephone system and route calls.
• Support service staff and ensure adherence to Invited standards.
• Close out host podium and complete daily assignments.
