• Ability to calculate discounts, commissions, and percentages.
• Problem-analysis, data collection, and fact-driven conclusions.
• Interpretation of financial, legal, technical information.
• Reading and analyzing reports; writing reports and business correspondence.
• Effective oral communication with managers, associates, customers, and public.
• Meeting and presentation conduct.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, data management, POS, inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Promote CLUB customer service standards and CLUB promotions.
• Address CLUB questions and improve the CLUB experience.
• Serve as CLUB liaison to store leadership.
• Collaborate to execute onsite and offsite CLUB events.
• Lead CLUB 101 training during onboarding.
• Implement Members-Only program and store CLUB recognition initiatives.
• Recruit and retain CLUB Outfitters; build strong teams.
• Coach and develop staff for performance and growth.
• Design and execute strategies to meet CLUB metrics.
• Lead CLUB instant issuance process, including inventory management.
