Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to deliver world class service while educating guests about CLUB Membership benefits. The role focuses on product knowledge, member acquisition, and compliant CLUB processes across store operations.

As a part‑time on‑site team member in Ammon, Idaho, you will greet guests, demonstrate products, process payments and applications, and keep the CLUB Booth organized. Strong communication and initiative are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service preferred.
• Excellent organization and communication skills required.
• Adaptability to new processes and procedures.
• Self-motivation and ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and promote Bass Pro Shops CLUB Membership.
• Demonstrate products and explain CLUB benefits.
• Process payments, CLUB applications, and member inquiries.
• Maintain accurate CLUB inventory and organize booth area.
• Provide peer coaching and timely feedback to staff.
