Invited in McKinney, TX is seeking an Event Sales Coordinator to assist with planning and coordination of event sales, supporting the Event Sales Manager, and ensuring flawless execution from inquiry to completion.

You will handle client communications, maintain records, help prepare proposals and contracts, and assist with deposits and payments while collaborating with the kitchen, service teams, and accounting to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional member experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in customer-facing or sales support in hospitality or events.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and event management software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating event details, logistics, and client communication.
• Serve as primary client contact during planning, documenting preferences.
• Support proposals, contracts, event orders, floor plans, and diagrams.
• Maintain client database and prospect inventory.
• File contracts and payment records accurately.
• Assist with deposits and payments with accounting.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to execute plans.
• Attend sales and event meetings and provide updates.
• Provide general administrative support to the Event Sales Manager and Director.
