Job summary

Invited is seeking an Event Sales Manager to plan and execute event sales at the club, enhancing member and guest experiences while strategically driving revenue. You will manage client relationships and coordinate with the Event Sales Director to ensure successful outcomes.

In this role, you will lead the Event Sales Coordinator, evaluate market trends to shape sales strategy, and uphold high standards of service and operational excellence for events within the club.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in commissioned sales within hospitality/events with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the execution of sales plans to drive event sales revenue, aligning with club goals.
• Provide direction to Event Sales Coordinator to achieve targets.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to support sales strategy development.
• Cultivate and manage client relationships and opportunities within and beyond the club.
• Oversee client consultations, recommending event solutions aligning with client expectations and club objectives.
• Track and manage event-related activities and expenses in line with policies.
