Job summary

Sam's Club is seeking a dedicated leader to drive onboarding and rollout of new tools and processes across the club to boost efficiency and member satisfaction. You will coordinate onboarding plans for new associates through 30, 60, 90, and 180 days, ensure I-9 compliance, and reinforce safety and training standards.

A collaborative, people-first mindset helps reduce turnover and grow talent. You will champion cross-department change initiatives, promote adherence to ethics and food safety

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (e.g., cash register)
• 6 months customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Leads rollout of new tools, technologies, and processes to improve club efficiency and member experience.
• Coordinates onboarding efforts for new associates through their first 30, 60, 90, and 180 days.
• Oversees I-9 documentation and onboarding compliance.
• Fosters a collaborative, people-first environment and mentorship to reduce turnover and promote career growth.
• Champions change initiatives across departments to drive adoption and engagement.
