Job summary

Sam's Club in Indianapolis, IN is hiring a store leaders for onboarding and operations support. You will coordinate onboarding to ensure new associates adapt to club operations, culture, and expectations within their first 30, 60, 90, and 180 days, while promoting safety and compliance principles.

You will lead rollout of new tools and processes to improve club efficiency and member experience, and provide coaching to reduce turnover with a people-first leadership approach.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment and 6 months customer service.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Leads the rollout of new tools, technologies, and processes to improve club efficiency and member experience.
• Oversees the completion of I-9 documentation and ensures compliance with onboarding protocols.
• Champions change initiatives and collaborates across departments to drive adoption and engagement.
• Foster a collaborative, people-first environment that drives associate engagement and retention.
• Develops, communicates, and implements processes and practices to meet business needs by collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners.
