Sam's Club in La Marque, TX is hiring for a people-first role focused on onboarding, training, and operations. You’ll lead rollout of new tools and processes to improve club efficiency and member experience, coordinating onboarding across 30, 60, 90, and 180 days.

You’ll foster a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous learning, guiding associates on systems and procedures while aligning with Sam’s Club values and goals, and supporting career growth through coaching.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of retail experience.
• 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Front-end equipment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the rollout of new tools, technologies, and processes to improve club efficiency and member experience.
• Coordinates onboarding to adapt associates in their first 30, 60, 90, and 180 days.
• Oversees I-9 documentation and onboarding compliance.
• Provides guidance on systems, safety practices, and operational procedures.
• Promotes continuous learning and operational consistency.
• Fosters a people-first environment to drive engagement and retention.
