Sam's Club in Jefferson City, MO is seeking a full-time associate to lead the rollout of new tools and processes that boost club efficiency and enhance member experience. You will coordinate onboarding for new associates through 30, 60, 90, and 180 days and oversee I-9 documentation to ensure onboarding compliance.

You will foster a collaborative, people-first culture, mentor teams, uphold safety standards, and support career growth while delivering impactful changes across departments.

Qualificações

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment and 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsabilidades

• Lead rollout of tools, technologies, and processes to improve club efficiency and member experience.
• Coordinate onboarding for new associates within 30, 60, 90, and 180 days.
• Facilitate orientation sessions aligned with Sam’s Club values and goals.
• Oversee I-9 documentation and onboarding compliance.
