Job summary

Invited is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily food and beverage operations within the club’s restaurant, ensuring outstanding service and adherence to standards and safety guidelines. You will participate in service during both low and high-volume periods to support the team.

Reports to Restaurant Manager or Director of Restaurants, with responsibilities including supervising service staff, managing orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction across breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant or club-related F&B.
• Preferred ServeSafe Food Handlers’, ABC Certification, and CPR Certification.
• Completion of all F&B online training modules: Service Training, Host Training, Bartender Training, Server Assistant Training, Banquet Server Training, Beverage Cart Attendant Training, Kitchen, F&B Refresh Training, Culinary Safety, Food Safety, and Alcohol Safety.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Invited’s service standards as outlined in the service training program.
• Oversee the service of food and beverages to members and guests, ensuring adherence to standards.
• Directly and indirectly supervise service staff to ensure consistent service quality and guest experience.
• Accurately execute member and guest orders and special requests.
• Assist in implementing training and incentive programs to maintain a well-trained staff.
• Review reservation books and function sheets for shift alignment with bookings.
• Open/close procedures for breakfast, lunch, or dinner shifts.
• Inspect room cleanliness and setup for next service or event.
• Document tasks and notes in the shift log for clear communication.
• Maintain knowledge of the a la carte menu, daily features, and specials.
• Demonstrate understanding of all liquors, beers, and wines available.
• Participate in daily line-ups, weekly service training, and special sessions.
