Job summary

Invited is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily food and beverage operations within the club’s restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to established standards and safety guidelines. You will actively participate in service during both low and high-volume periods to support the team and uphold excellent service standards.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the restaurant or club-related field within the food & beverage industry.
• Preferred certifications: ServeSafe Food Handlers’ Certificate, ABC Certification, and CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the service of food and beverages to members and guests, ensuring adherence to service standards.
• Directly and indirectly supervise service staff to ensure consistent service quality.
• Accurately execute member and guest orders and special requests.
• Assist in implementing training and incentive programs to maintain a well-trained staff.
• Maintain room setups and cleanliness for upcoming service or events.
