Job summary

Invited is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily food and beverage operations at the Houston club, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to standards. You will actively participate in service during both low and high-volume periods to support the team.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in F&B, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of the club’s menu and beverage offerings. A comprehensive benefits package is provided to full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the restaurant or club-related field within the food & beverage industry.
• Preferred certifications such as ServeSafe Food Handlers’ Certificate, ABC Certification, and CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Invited’s service standards and supervise service staff to ensure consistent quality.
• Oversee the service of food and beverages to members and guests.
• Accurately execute member and guest orders and special requests.
• Open and close shifts, ensuring proper setup and closing procedures.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work areas and restock supplies as needed.
• Interact professionally with members and guests to enhance their experience.
