Job summary

Invited is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily food and beverage service at our California club. You will ensure service quality, safety compliance, and member satisfaction while supporting the Restaurant Director in daily operations.

This hands-on leadership role requires at least 2 years in F&B, strong staff coaching, and a commitment to Invited standards. The position offers growth opportunities, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in food & beverage, restaurant, or private club settings.
• Strong communication, leadership and guest service skills.
• Able to train and develop service staff and maintain service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food and beverage service in the club restaurant.
• Ensure service quality, safety compliance, and timely guest satisfaction.
• Supervise service staff and manage reservations and room setups.
• Complete opening/closing procedures for breakfast, lunch, or dinner shifts.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu and daily specials.
• Log and communicate shift updates to team members.
