Job summary

Invited seeks a Concierge to join our Member Experience team, delivering warm welcomes, managing calls, reservations, and emails, and promoting club offerings. You will help engage new and at-risk members, support social media efforts, and execute initiatives that enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Reporting to the Member Experience Director, you will maintain accurate records, update calendars, and help create memorable moments through personalized service and attention to detail across club

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or a customer-facing role.
• Strong service mindset with the ability to make members and guests feel valued.
• Professional and welcoming phone demeanor and positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome to members and guests, including greetings and assistance.
• Manage phone calls, reservations, and emails with prompt, personalized service.
• Assist with member communications, outreach to new and at-risk members, and event invitations.
