Job summary

Backyard Products, LLC is seeking a Club Account Manager to support and grow the Club business across in store and online channels. The role focuses on strengthening retailer relationships and driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives.

You'll manage club partnerships, collaborate with product development and marketing, analyze market trends, and contribute to EBITDA growth. A bonus plan is included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of club or omnichannel retail experience preferred.
• Experience with Costco, Sam’s Club, or BJ’s strongly preferred.
• Experience with BPM and/or Retail Link.
• Experience in toys, outdoor structures, seasonal, or hardlines categories preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with club buyers, merchants, and key decision makers.
• Lead line reviews, promotional planning, and category growth initiatives.
• Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue and EBITDA targets.
• Analyze club performance metrics including sales trends, inventory levels, margin, conversion, and promotional effectiveness.
