Job summary

The role requires strong leadership, open shift availability, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining exceptional service standards for members.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a retail store, supermarket, or warehouse operations manager.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a large team.
• Strong understanding of profit & loss, shrink control, merchandising, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead the club with vision and purpose, communicating clearly and directing the team.
• Develop talent, build a strong bench, and provide honest feedback to staff.
• Monitor trends, control costs, and implement profitability initiatives.
• Drive planned sales by supervising operations and coordinating with Home Office.
• Foster a safe, engaging environment and uphold BJ’s core values.
