Job summary

BJ's Wholesale Club is seeking a Club Manager to lead operations and profitability within a dynamic club. You will supervise team performance, execute company priorities, and ensure a safe, positive, and best-value shopping experience for members.

You will attract, develop, and retain talent, control costs, and drive profit through strategic planning, process improvements, and strong leadership. Our onboarding program pairs new managers with experienced leaders to accelerate success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in retail store, supermarket, or warehouse operations management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills required.
• Ability to lead a large team and drive results; open shifts are required.

Responsibilities

• Effectively leads the team by managing with vision and purpose, clearly communicating and giving direction.
• Maintains awareness of local competition and current trends in the retail marketplace.
• Controls operating costs and establishes operational efficiencies.
• Meets planned profit objectives through supervision of warehouse management and coordination with Home Office.
