Job summary

IZT Cloud is seeking a Level 2 Telecom Engineer to own day-to-day engineering of the Cloud Voice platform. You will configure SIP, maintain SBC infrastructure, manage LNP processes, and serve as the escalation point between support and development for multi-tenant voice services across the continental United States.

You will document activities, communicate effectively, and participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in VoIP/telecom engineering or Tier 2 voice support
• Familiarity with 10DLC/A2P messaging registration
• Hands-on SBC experience and Linux comfort
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; escalations aid development

Responsibilities

• Configure and troubleshoot SIP trunks, endpoints, and carrier interconnects
• Maintain and monitor the SBC and voice infrastructure
• Manage LNP end to end: port-ins, port-outs and CSR/LOA validation
• Administer the Cloud Voice PBX platform: tenant provisioning and routing
• Handle 10DLC campaign registration and messaging compliance
