Job summary

VNS Health designs, implements, maintains and supports enterprise cloud contact center and telecommunications infrastructure to ensure high availability and optimal voice quality across sites and remote locations.

You will lead design, deployment, and maintenance of SIP trunking, VoIP, cloud platforms like Five9 and Genesys, and network security controls, while collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders to improve reliability and performance.

Qualifications

Over 5 years of experience in IT telephony, cloud contact center, and enterprise network engineering.
Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining high-availability networks across multiple sites.
Proficiency with SIP, VoIP, QoS, and contact center routing policies.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, support, and maintain cloud contact center and telecommunications infrastructure.
Administer cloud contact center platforms such as Five9 and related call routing and reporting.
Manage day-to-day operations, engineering, and architecture of enterprise voice and data networks.
Configure LAN/WAN/SD-WAN, VPNs, wireless, and cloud networking for high availability.
Monitor performance, perform root cause analysis, and prevent incidents.
Collaborate with carriers, cloud providers, and stakeholders to deploy services and optimize connectivity.
Implement security controls, disaster recovery, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Document network architecture, call flows, and runbooks; participate in audits.
