Job summary
Clio is seeking a Solutions Engineer focused on VoIP and UCaaS to support the Sales team through technical scoping and architecture. You will own telephony-related deal strategy, porting complexity, network readiness, and hardware provisioning while collaborating with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering to influence roadmaps.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years in SaaS solutions engineering, strong communication, and hands-on experience with VoIP, SIP, and telephony platforms.
Qualifications
- 2+ years as a Solutions Engineer or similar in SaaS.
- Solid knowledge of VoIP/telephony fundamentals (SIP, codecs, routing).
- Ability to explain complex tech to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with porting, network readiness, and hardware provisioning is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide business value and technical sales support for VoIP opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales to articulate Clio Cloud capabilities and integrations.
- Lead technical deal strategy, including porting complexity and hardware needs.
- Assist in migration planning and regulatory considerations for telephony.
- Contribute to product roadmap with market and customer insights.
