Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Voice Engineer to lead the design, engineering, and operations of the enterprise voice infrastructure across 2,100+ stores, supply sites, and corporate. You will implement CUCM, SIP trunking, SBCs, and gateways, ensure high availability, support UC integrations, and guide migration to cloud-based voice services while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience.
• 8+ years in enterprise voice/unified communications engineering.
• Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining telecom services at scale.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate UC solutions across retail, supply chain, and corporate environments.
• Ensure voice infrastructure is highly available and reliable as a mission-critical service.
• Evaluate on-prem vs cloud calling options and provide technical analyses.
• Support E911 compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Integrate UC with contact center platforms and CPaaS services.
• Troubleshoot SIP traces, captures, and voice quality issues.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UC technologies and runbooks.
