Job summary

Onco360 Pharmacy seeks a Telecommunications Engineer II to design, implement, and support enterprise telecom solutions in a healthcare call center environment. Based in Houston, TX, you will lead voice infrastructure projects and ensure high availability across on-prem and cloud platforms.

You will architect Mitel-based telephony, SIP, and VoIP integrations, collaborate with IT and business teams, and help drive resilience, performance, and scalable communications for 24x7 operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, networking, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years building and supporting IP telecoms in a call center or healthcare environment.
• Experience with VoIP, SIP, and enterprise voice platforms; strong problem solving and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect, engineer, implement, and support enterprise telecom On Prem and cloud contact center solutions.
• Design and optimize voice infrastructure including PBX, VoIP, SIP, and high availability.
• Integrate IVR and other systems to improve customer experience and containment rates.
• Provide engineering leadership for Mitel architecture and lifecycle management.
• Develop standards, documentation, and support procedures for enterprise voice systems.
• Ensure 24x7x365 operations with resiliency, capacity planning, and incident management.
