Onco360 Pharmacy is seeking an experienced Telecommunications Engineer II to design, implement, and maintain our enterprise telecom environment in a healthcare call center setting. You will oversee voice services, PBX, SIP, IVR integrations, and related software across on-prem and cloud infrastructures.

The role requires 5+ years in IP telecoms within call centers, with strong leadership, evaluation, and collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in IT, networking, engineering, telecom or related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting and engineering IP telecommunications infrastructure in a call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Architect and support enterprise telecom on-prem and cloud contact center solutions.
• Lead design and optimization of voice infrastructure, including PBX, VoIP, SIP, call routing, survivability, redundancy, and high availability.
• Design and implement IVR integrations with business systems to improve customer experience.
• Provide engineering oversight for Mitel telecom architecture and lifecycle management.
• Ensure high availability, security, and reliability of mission-critical telecom resources.
