Job summary

hklaw is looking for an IT Virtual Desktop Infrastructure Engineer to support the firm's endpoint and virtual desktop platforms in Tampa, FL. The successful candidate will work closely with Endpoint Engineers to ensure a consistent and high-performing digital experience through effective VDI management.

This role requires strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to execute and validate virtual desktop images, alongside ensuring compliance and security in a regulated legal services

Qualifications

2+ years of experience supporting enterprise endpoint or virtual desktop environments.
4+ years of overall experience supporting desktop or end-user computing platforms.
Hands-on experience supporting or operating VDI environments.

Responsibilities

Support engineering operations across endpoint and virtual desktop platforms.
Execute and validate virtual desktop images for VDI environments.
Assist with application packaging and deployment using automated methods.
Troubleshoot endpoint and virtual desktop issues effectively.
