Job summary

New York Life Insurance Co. seeks a senior Cloud Desktop/VDI Engineer to design, modernize, and operate enterprise virtual desktop platforms.

You’ll focus on Windows 365 Cloud PC and Azure Virtual Desktop, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performance user experiences across cloud and on‑premises endpoints. The role requires deep Windows engineering expertise, including Intune, Entra ID, FSLogix, and image management, with strong automation and security posture.

Qualifications

• Senior-level enterprise Cloud Desktop/VDI experience is required.
• Hands-on Windows 365 Cloud PC engineering at scale.
• Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop host pools, session hosts, images and FSLogix.
• Automation and scripting for provisioning and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Design, engineer, and operate Windows 365 Cloud PC environments.
• Architect and manage Azure Virtual Desktop environments.
• Own Cloud Desktop and VDI platforms for reliability and security.
• Automate provisioning, image updates, and policy configuration.
• Collaborate with security, identity, network, and operations teams.
