Job summary

Slalom is seeking a leader in its Cloud and Build capability for the Americas to drive sales, delivery, and client outcomes across product engineering and cloud modernization. Residency in the assigned market is required to align with regional strategy.

You will partner with clients and industry leaders to identify opportunities, support and grow a go-to-market team, and contribute to delivery with billable roles while pursuing revenue goals and capability health.

Qualifications

• Deep experience leading cross-discipline teams (Agile, Software Eng, QA, DevOps, UX).
• Experience with modern operations (SRE) and partnerships with AWS, Microsoft, Google for co-sell/delivery.
• Understanding Generative AI in SDLC and scaling delivery with AI.
