Job summary

Slalom, a leading people-focused technology consultancy, seeks a leader for its Cloud and Build capability in the Americas. You will drive sales, delivery, and client outcomes across product engineering and cloud modernization, representing the market with a SME lens and guiding a go-to-market team.

This role requires residency in the assigned market and a proven ability to build teams, manage P&L, and partner with executive clients to shape strategy and deliver outcomes at scale.

Qualifications

Deep technology delivery and leadership experience with product engineering, cloud operations, and AI-accelerated engineering.
Ability to work with customers to shape product strategy and roadmaps.
Experience leading large-scale delivery models and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Align regional capability strategies with market needs as a SME and thought leader.
Identify opportunities with clients and industry partners.
Support go-to-market teams and contribute to delivery through billable roles.
Achieve revenue goals and address capability challenges.
