Job summary

Motorola Solutions, a leader in public safety software, seeks a Sr. Training Specialist to conduct hands-on virtual and classroom instruction for Cloud technologies.

You will support ongoing training across the CommandCentral suite and related integrations, tailoring content for varied student levels from end users to system administrators. The role requires strong instructional experience, a technical background, and travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification.
• 3+ years of technical training experience preferred.
• 3+ years of public safety experience preferred.
• 1+ years of experience with public safety products preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Travel up to 50% with domestic and occasional international travel.

Responsibilities

• Teach agency customers and staff on complex software products.
• Conduct virtual and on-site training for Motorola CommandCentral software and 3rd party integrations.
• Present training using Zoom, Google Meet, and Google Slides.
• Complete department reports within standards and deadlines.
• Manage communication with customers and internal stakeholders on training schedules.
• Create training materials and course documentation for products/services.
• Measure knowledge transfer and training effectiveness.
