Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to design and deliver hands-on virtual and classroom training for Cloud software technologies within the CommandCentral Training Delivery Team. You will tailor training to users from end users to system admins in the Public Safety sector, focusing on user experience and customer workflows.

The role requires leading in-person and virtual sessions, developing materials, and measuring training outcomes, with travel up to 50% and remote work

Qualifications

• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification.
• 1+ years of experience working with Motorola Solutions Customer Software.
• 3+ years of technical training experience.
• 3+ years of public safety experience.
• 1+ years of experience working with public safety products.

Responsibilities

• Teach agency customers and staff how to use complex software products and services.
• Conduct virtual and on-site training for Motorola CommandCentral software and third party integrations.
• Present training using Zoom, Google Meet, and Google Slides.
• Complete department reports within required standards and deadlines.
• Manage communication with customers and internal stakeholders regarding training schedules.
• Create comprehensive training and technical documents and course materials.
• Measure knowledge transfer and training effectiveness.
• Work under supervision from the CommandCentral Training Team Manager.
