Job summary

Woolpert is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead our Cloud Professional Services team and deliver complex software and cloud projects from kickoff to go-live and ongoing support.

You will apply Agile methodologies, manage cross-functional teams and budgets, and collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely outcomes. Visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in Technical Project/Program management, preferably within a professional services or cloud technology environment.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) in fast-paced environments.
• Strong business acumen with proven experience managing large projects and budgets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define clear product objectives and technical requirements with business and customer stakeholders.
• Oversee full lifecycle of professional services projects, including resourcing, schedules, and budgets.
• Establish and maintain customer-facing project management frameworks (Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban).
• Produce and maintain deliverables: implementation plans, project schedules, budget variances, risk assessments.
• Plan and facilitate daily stand‑ups, weekly status meetings, and Scrum ceremonies.
• Manage budgets and resource utilization across projects.
• Coordinate with internal leaders and subcontractors to address issues impacting quality or goals.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and new statements of work.
• Manage multiple projects to ensure timely delivery across all workstreams.
