Job summary

Woolpert is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join its Cloud Professional Services team in Dayton, OH. You will oversee the full lifecycle of complex software and cloud projects, coordinating cross‑functional teams, budgets, and schedules to ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include defining objectives with stakeholders, maintaining project management frameworks, and expanding services with new statements of work. A BS in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in a Technical Program or Project Management role.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) in fast-paced, often remote environments.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing large projects and budgets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills bridging tech and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with collaboration and task management tools such as Jira, Slack, Monday.com, and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Define clear product objectives and technical requirements with stakeholders.
• Oversee full lifecycle of professional services projects, including resourcing, schedules, and budgets.
• Establish and maintain customer-facing project management frameworks (Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban).
• Develop, maintain, and distribute project deliverables (plans, schedules, budgets, risk assessments).
• Plan and facilitate daily stand-ups, status meetings, and Scrum ceremonies as needed.
• Manage budgets and resource utilization across multiple projects.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to address issues impacting quality or goals.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and new statements of work.
