Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners, LLC is seeking a Cloud Technical Program Manager to lead programs within defined product/service scopes for customer contracts with medium to high risk. You will plan projects, coordinate change management, and drive delivery within budget and scope while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities include selecting delivery approaches, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring data quality across project tools.

Qualifications

US Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
Three years of experience in IT project management or service delivery management.
Experience with GSM, fixed and TCP/IP networks, Oracle and Unix.

Responsibilities

Manage programs or projects for defined product/service scope on customer contracts with medium/high risk.
Plan customer projects and update plans reflecting changes by coordinating CSSQ change management.
Maintain consistency among project financial, product and service forecast activities.
Determine delivery approach alternatives and select the final delivery approach.
Manage customer relationships during delivery and act as primary interface for scope, complaints, and changes.
Prepare clear communication plans and ensure proactive information flow to customers and stakeholders.
Monitor delivery within budget, profitability, and planned scope; ensure data quality in project tools.
