Job summary

Woolpert, Inc. is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the Cloud Professional Services team in Dayton, OH.

You will drive the successful delivery of complex software and cloud projects from kickoff to go-live, coordinating cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and budgets using Agile methods. This role requires 5–7+ years in technical program management, strong communication skills, and experience with Jira, Slack, Monday.com, and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

5–7+ years in Technical Program/Project Management, preferably in cloud/professional services.
Proven experience applying Agile (Scrum/Kanban) to complex projects.
Strong business acumen and ability to bridge tech and non‑tech stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Define product objectives and technical requirements with stakeholders.
Manage full lifecycle of professional services projects, including resourcing and schedules.
Establish project management frameworks (Waterfall/Scrum/Kanban) with client tools.
Develop and distribute implementation plans, schedules, budgets, and risk assessments.
Plan and facilitate daily stand-ups and Scrum ceremonies for ongoing communication.
Closely manage project budgets and resource utilization.
Coordinate with internal and external teams to address issues affecting quality.
Identify opportunities for add-on services and new statements of work.
Deliver multiple projects on time with consistent quality.
