Woolpert, a leading architecture, engineering, and geospatial services firm, seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead our Cloud Professional Services teams in Dayton, Ohio. You will guide complex software and cloud projects from kickoff to go-live, balancing client needs with budgets and schedules.

Ideal candidates have 5-7+ years in technical program management, strong Agile experience, and excellent communication to bridge tech and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in a Technical Program or Project Management role.
• Experience with Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) in fast-paced or remote settings.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define product objectives and technical requirements with stakeholders.
• Oversee resourcing, schedules, and budgets across multiple projects.
• Establish project management frameworks (Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban) with clients.
• Produce deliverables like plans, schedules, budgets, and risk assessments.
• Plan daily stand-ups, weekly status meetings, and Scrum ceremonies.
• Manage budgets and resource utilization across projects.
• Coordinate with teams and subcontractors to resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and new statements of work.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality across all workstreams.
