Job summary

Woolpert seeks a Technical Project Manager to join the Cloud Professional Services team and lead complex software and cloud projects from kickoff to go-live and support. You will navigate stakeholder needs, manage budgets, and apply Agile practices across distributed teams and subcontractors. Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in Technical Program/Project Management.
• Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) in fast-paced, remote environments.
• Strong budget management and stakeholder communication.
• Proficiency with Jira, Slack, Monday.com, and Google Workspace.
• BS degree in related field or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Define clear product objectives and technical requirements with stakeholders.
• Oversee full lifecycle of professional services projects, including SOW reviews for resourcing, schedules, and budgets.
• Establish and maintain client-facing project management frameworks (Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban).
• Develop and distribute standard PM deliverables: plans, schedules, budgets, risk assessments.
• Plan and facilitate daily stand-ups, weekly status meetings, and Scrum ceremonies as needed.
