Job summary

PRI Global in the United States is seeking experienced Technical Program Managers to lead multiple concurrent projects, drive engineering work across our portfolio in an agile scrum environment, and explore the tech stack, integration patterns, and cloud infrastructure needed to deliver high-impact features for customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate with independence and autonomy.
• Experience defining and building cloud-native software products as a platform at scale.
• Experience breaking down problems, planning sprints, and delivering technical programs in agile models (scrum, Kanban).
• Experience building cloud-native software products as a platform at scale.
• Enjoys diving deep to understand platform capabilities and underlying technologies.
• Proven data-driven decision making and continuous improvement across teams.
• Ability to debate delivery strategy with business teams, architects, engineers, and designers.
• Ability to communicate with executives, peers, and staff with impact and authenticity.
• Experience building relationships and influencing dependent teams across an organization.
• Desirable: Payments, IaaS, PaaS, serverless, CI/CD, NoSQL, microservices APIs, distributed systems in DevOps.
• BS in engineering, computer science or related discipline.
• Technical program delivery experience including time developing and testing software.
