Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Cloud Support Administrator to support a critical intelligence cloud security program across Reston, VA; Redmond, WA; and Atlanta, GA. The role requires a TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph and 24x7 shift work in a mission-critical environment.

Responsibilities include ticket triage, incident troubleshooting, documenting findings, automating tasks with scripting, and providing Tier I-III end-user support for cloud-based environments.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph clearance required.
• Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of related experience.
• Experience with MS technologies and ticketing systems (JIRA, ServiceNow).

Responsibilities

• Complete incoming tickets through Remedy, ServiceNow or other ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues utilizing customer tools.
• Document all findings from tickets and incidents.
• Automate and troubleshoot tasks using scripting languages and services.
• Provide end-user support to customers at the Tier I-III level in cloud environments.
