Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions seeks a Cloud Support Administrator to support a critical intelligence cloud security program in Reston, VA and additional sites. The role requires active TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph clearance and 24x7 shift coverage in cloud environments, with strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities include ticket triage, issue resolution, documentation, automation, and Tier I-III user support in MS cloud ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph clearance (MPO).
• Willingness to shift work, 24x7 support required.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming tickets via Remedy, ServiceNow, or other ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related system issues.
• Document findings from tickets and incidents for audit trails.
• Automate and troubleshoot tasks using scripting languages.
• Provide Tier I-III end-user support in cloud environments.
