Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer to support a US Government customer in Reston, VA. You will document and address system concerns within a dynamic cloud environment and resolve incident tickets in a timely manner.

You will use custom tools such as Netmom and Windbg, log resolutions, and collaborate with a security-cleared team to ensure smooth operation. This onsite role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive salary up to $140,000 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI FS poly clearance required.
• Willing to acquire proficiency in Netmom and Windbg.

Responsibilities

• Timely resolution of incoming incident tickets.
• Utilization of custom tools for effective resolution of system issues.
• Detection and adept rectification of system glitches.
• Thorough logging and documentation of incident resolutions.
