Zachary Piper Solutions seeks a Cloud Support Administrator for our Secure Operations Center (SOC) team. The role provides 24x7x365 operational support for Azure core and Office 365 in a classified environment and is onsite in Reston, VA with TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities include monitoring, scripting, outage restoration, and audit-ready documentation while collaborating with feature teams to drive fixes and recovery levers in a high-stakes setting.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with FSP clearance.
• 2 years of operations experience providing application infrastructure support.
• 1 year of system administration support (Windows/Linux).
• Experience with Powershell.

Responsibilities

• Monitor deployment flows and escalate issues to deployment teams.
• Run documented deployment scripts and procedures with precision.
• Coordinate and support outage restoration actions within SLAs.
• Document investigative and restorative actions for audits.
• Collaborate with feature teams to identify fixes and recovery levers.
• Troubleshoot and debug service outages and issues.
• Update SOPs and technical training docs as needed.
• Support secure work area operations, including hardware provisioning and troubleshooting.
• Provide physical escort for maintenance and services.
• Assist with user account provisioning and certificate issuance.

Job description

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking aCloud Support Administrator to join a Secure Operations Center (SOC) team providing 24x7x365 operational support for Azure core and Office365 platforms. This role is critical to maintaining secure, resilient, and high-performing infrastructure across multiple workstreams in a classified environment. This position will be onsite in Reston, VA and requires a TS/SCI with FSP clearance!

Responsibilities of the Cloud Support Administrator include:

• Monitor deployment flows and escalated operational issues to deployment teams
• Run documented deployment scripts and procedures with precision
• Coordinate and support outage restoration actions within published SLAs
• Document investigative and restorative actions for audit and root cause analysis
• Collaborate with feature teams to identify and drive fixes and recovery levers
• Troubleshoot and debug service outages and customer-impacting issues
• Update SOPs and technical training documentation as needed
• Support secure work area operations, including hardware deployments and equipment troubleshooting
• Provide physical escort for maintenance, cleaning, and other services
• Assist with user account provisioning, certificate issuance, and troubleshooting

Required Qualifications for the Cloud Support Administrator:

• Active TS/SCI with FSP clearance
• 2 years operations experience providing application infrastructure support
• 1 year performing system administration support (Windows/Linux)
• Experience working with Powershell
• Azure experience
• Comfortable with shift work in a 24/7 support environment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Adaptability to fast-paced environments with shifting priorities

Compensation for the Cloud Support Administrator includes:

• Salary Range:$70,000 - $100,000 *depending on experience*
• Full Benefits:Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Paid Time Off, and Federal Holidays
