Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Cloud Technical Services Engineer to advise customers on best practices for our cloud products, translate complex concepts for users, and help install and operate MongoDB applications.

You will troubleshoot issues, advocate for customers, and collaborate with product management and development teams across our global client base. A strong background in Linux, networking, and cloud platforms is essential, plus customer-facing experience.

Qualifications

• Solid fundamentals in Linux and networking.
• Knowledge of either Amazon Web Services, or other major cloud provider.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot problems across environments.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
• Previous technical support experience.
