Job summary

You will act as a trusted advisor, translate business needs into cloud solutions, and drive adoption strategies across startups to enterprise customers. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in tech domains (cloud, systems, security)
• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, math or equivalent
• Experience communicating to technical and non-technical audiences, including C-level
• Experience evangelising roadmaps for IT transformations to cloud

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to ensure long-term success by leveraging AWS services.
• Formulate and execute cloud adoption strategies that unlock revenue growth.
• Act as trusted advisor by sharing AWS knowledge with clients and teams.
• Work with SAs to develop reusable solutions for common problems.
• Educate customers with workshops and hands-on classes.
• Build relationships with senior technical staff to become cloud advocates.
• Contribute to customer publications and speak at events.
• Mentor and train new SAs via programs.
