Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity.
• Must have or be able to obtain Security level clearance.
• 2+ years working in an IT Help Desk type environment.
• Basic command line Linux skills and basic Oracle skills.
• Basic troubleshooting skills and cloud technology familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize issues of varying severity and manage resolution or escalation within service levels.
• Application configuration and implementation with a heavy focus on Linux.
• Manage cases efficiently within our ticketing system and coordinate with customers and internal teams.
• Update managers on ticket status and coordinate with management teams as required.
• Work with Cloud tools such as Apache, Tomcat, Zabbix, ServiceNow, Salesforce, SALT, SQLDeveloper, Apache Directory Studio, and VMware.
• Support after-hours configuration changes and monthly maintenance activities.
