Job summary

PTC Inc. is seeking an IT Help Desk professional to manage issue resolution, configuration, and implementation with a strong Linux focus. You will coordinate with customers and internal teams using our ticketing system and participate in after-hours maintenance windows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity.
• Security clearance is required or obtainable.
• Experience in IT Help Desk or similar support environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize issues by severity and manage resolutions within SLAs.
• Configuration and implementation focus on Linux systems.
• Handle cases in ticketing system and liaise with customers and internal teams.
• Support after-hours maintenance and schedule monthly changes.
