Job summary

You will partner with sales leadership to align on strategy, coach engineers, and drive successful cloud-security engagements across AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, fostering collaboration with product and sales teams, and ensuring operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing a Solutions Engineering team for large enterprise accounts.
• Proven ability to recruit, retain, develop and coach SEs.
• Strong collaboration with sales and product teams to drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regionally-based Solutions Engineering team and partner with sales directors.
• Serve as trusted advisor on cloud security across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Drive deal discipline and success, with hands-on technical leadership and team accountability.
• Travel 25–50% to support customers and field activities.
