Job summary

Woolpert is hiring a Project Manager with experience in civil, commercial, retail rollout, and utility scale projects to join our PMO supporting the Ohio regional market. This position can be in-office or hybrid. Applicants must already possess work authorization in the United States.

You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure project scope, schedule, and cost alignment, and support business development while maintaining client satisfaction and project profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of related industry experience in Project/Program/Portfolio Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate cross-functional projects for civil, commercial, retail rollout and utility scale work.
• Define client needs, identify issues, and resolve risks affecting profitability and satisfaction.
• Lead project teams, negotiate scope, schedule, and contracts for potential projects.
• Support client relationships and business development in alignment with the strategic plan.
